Integration with LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect

Your organization may decide to integrate with Recruiter System Connect for sharing transactional recruiting data between Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter.

In LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiters can:

  • See if LinkedIn members have a candidate profile in Oracle Recruiting.

  • See if LinkedIn members have already applied to jobs.

  • View job applications of those members and their progression within the selection process.

  • Use the Send InMail feature to interact with prospects. These emails also appear in Oracle Recruiting.

  • Use the Notes feature to enter comments. These notes also appear in Oracle Recruiting.

  • View interview status and dates, recommendations, and reason for rejection using the In-ATS indicator.

  • Export LinkedIn member profiles to Oracle Recruiting and attach them to specific requisitions as prospect.

  • Review the Recommended Matches who match your job description. Recommended Matches are candidate recommendations tailored to an open job requisition and optimized based on recruiting team members' feedback.

  • Use the 1-Click Export feature to export a candidate that isn't in Oracle Recruiting and create a prospect for a specific job requisition. When a recruiter exports a candidate, LinkedIn sends some basic information like first name, last name, email, phone based on what is available and shared by the candidate. Because of the continuous sync process on Oracle Recruiting side, if the candidate provides email or phone to LinkedIn, that data will be synced as such at that time.

Note: When syncing candidates from Oracle Recruiting to LinkedIn, all candidates' external profile will be directed to the career site URL.

In Oracle Recruiting, recruiters can:

  • View the LinkedIn profile of candidates.

  • Create candidates using basic profile data from InMails.

  • Access InMails and Notes, within Interactions, sent to candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter. In addition, Prospects Interactions are available from Recruiting activity as part of LinkedIn profile widget.

Below are requirements that need to be satisfied for a job requisition to be available in Export to ATS.

  • Requisition status is Open - Posted.
  • Requisition isn't confidential (the setting Allow candidates to apply when not posted in the requisition is set to No).
  • Requisition doesn't have a restricted candidate selection process.
  • Requisition description has a minimum of 100 characters.
  • Recruiter signed in in LinkedIn is part of the Hiring team.
  • Recruiter is mapped to one of the Recruiter LinkedIn seat.
