Prefill Responses of Prescreening Questions in External Candidate Job Applications

You can activate a setting so that when a returning external candidate applies for a new job, responses to prescreening questions are prefilled if the candidate answered the questions in previous job applications.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
    • Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
  2. Expand the Recruiting Management section and click Edit.
  3. Select the option Prefill Prescreening Questions in External Candidate Applications.
  4. Click Save.
