What Happens if I Don't Define the Candidate Home Email?

You need to define the Home Email (H1) for external candidates and the Work Email (W1) for internal employees to send email invitations and notifications to candidates.

  1. In the My Client Groups work area, click Person Management.

  2. On the Person Management: Search page, search for the person.

  3. Select the person in the search results.

  4. In the Actions menu, select Personal and Employment, then Person.

  5. Click Edit next to Communication Methods and select Email Details.

  6. Select Home Email or Work Email.

  7. Click OK.

You now need to run the scheduled process Complete the Recruiting Process.
