Dispose Check-in Documents

To meet your data protection requirements, you may want to dispose a terminated employee's check-in documents and associated data. To do this, run the Remove Person Information task from My Client Groups > Data Exchange.

Before you can perform this task, the administrator needs to first access the Configure Person Information Removal Policies task from the Data Exchange work area and include the Check-In Document business object in a new or existing template.
