Generate Translation Suggestions for Oracle Learning Titles, Short Descriptions, and Descriptions

You can use Google translation services to get translation suggestions for a learning title, a short description, and a description in the specified languages.

Before you start

Set Up Google Translation

Here's what to do

  1. On the My Client Groups > Learning page, click the Advisor Processes task.
  2. On the Advisor Processes page, Add button menu, select Translation advisor for learning.
  3. Complete the required fields.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. On the Advisor Processes page, search for, select, and run the appropriate translation process.
  6. After the process completes, in the appropriate row, click Download and Update.
  7. Sign in to the Microsoft Excel workbook using your Oracle Fusion user name and password.
  8. Accept or reject translations for each learning Item in the workbook. In the Curated column, enter Y to accept the suggestion and N to reject it. You can see the relevant translation suggestions using the Reviewed and Accepted tab and Reviewed and Rejected tab.
  9. To upload the accepted translations to Oracle Learning, in the workbook, click Upload Changes.
