How You Delete Some Goal Plan Assignees

Use the Manage Goal Plan action to delete specific goal plan assignees. You can remove assignees only if the goal plan hasn’t been included in any active performance document.

If your administrator has enabled the Delete All Assignees goal plan action for you, then you can delete all assignees of a goal plan. Here's how you delete specific goal plan assignees:

  1. Go to My Client Groups > Goal Plans to view the goal plans overview page.
  2. Search for and select the goal plan from which you want to remove the goal assignees.
  3. Select the Manage Goal Plan action.
  4. On the Assignees page, search for the assignees or use the filters pane to locate specific assignees.
  5. Select the assignees who you want to remove from the goal plan assignment.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. You can see a warning message that indicates that the goal plan and its goals including those created by the assignee will also be permanently deleted for the assignees selected for deletion. Click Yes to confirm.
