How You Print Performance Goals

You can print performance goals to have a record of the goals assigned to you or the goals of your team members.

Your administrator needs to enable printing of goals before you can print goals.

Print Your Goals

You can print your performance goals from your Goals page.

  1. Click Me > Career and Performance > Goals.

  2. If you have multiple assignments, select the assignment for which you want to print goals.
  3. From the Review Period list on the Goals page, select the review period for which you want to print goals.

  4. From the Goal Plan list, select the goal plan.

  5. Select the goals that you want to print.
  6. From the Actions menu, select the Print action.

Print Your Team Member's Goals

You can print your team member's performance goals from your team member's person spotlight Goals page.

  1. Go to your team member's person spotlight Goals page.

  2. If they have multiple assignments, select the assignment for which you want to print goals.
  3. From the Review Period list on the Goals page, select the review period for which you want to print goals.

  4. From the Goal Plan list, select the goal plan.

  5. Select the goals that you want to print.
  6. From the Actions menu, select the Print action.

Print Results

The print output has different sections for each of the selected goals. You can see these details in the print output:

  • Person information: Assignment number, person number, job, location, and manager information of the person whose goals are printed
  • Goal plan information: Goal plan name, review period, and start and end dates
  • Goal information: Goal name and other goal details, measurements, tasks, target outcomes, and feedback requests
