When to Run the Batch Process

You can run the eligibility batch process on demand or schedule it to run at a later time or on a recurring interval.

Here are times when you run the batch process:

• A new review or evaluation period begins.

• You hire new employees.

• You add or remove eligibility profiles from a performance or check-in template.

• An eligibility profile associated with a performance or check-in template is changed.

• Worker status changes are made for criteria that are part of the eligibility profile, such as job, or location.
