Add a Shared Interview to a Job Requisition Template

As an administrator, you can add a shared interview schedule to job requisition templates. The interview schedule is added automatically to a new job requisition being created from this job requisition template.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Job Requisitions
    • Task: Job Requisition Templates
  2. On the Job Requisition Templates page, open a job requisition template.
  3. Click the Interviews tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Select a shared interview schedule.
  6. Click Save.
