Approval Security Details

Approvals have the same data security constraints as viewing content. Users can approve job requisitions and offers without seeing their content, which might not be desirable.

If you want a role to approve job requisitions and offers while seeing their content, you need to assign the right aggregate privileges and duty roles:

  • View Job Offer (ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER)

  • View Job Offer Salary (ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER_SALARY)

  • View Job Offer Other Compensation (ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER_SALARY)

  • View Job Requisition (ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_REQUISITION)
