Enable the Job Fit Metric Element

You can add the Job Fit metrics bar element at the top of a page. This element uses Generative AI to compare information from a candidate's profile or uploaded resume with the job information on the job details page. This feature increases the quality of job postings, because candidates receive immediate information on how well they're skills, experience, education, and domain of expertise match the job requirements.

A candidate's suitability for a job is rated using a 0-5 scale for skills, job history, education, and other data matching the skills, requirements, and job information from the job details page. This element also provides a summary of why they received the displayed scores.
Note: Ratings are based on provided data and are subjective. Actual hiring decisions involve a more comprehensive assessment.

Before you start

Resume parsing must be active to use this feature.

Here's what to do

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, click the Tasks icon.
  2. Click Search.
  3. On the Search page, search for the task Manage Administrator Profile Values.
  4. Click the task name.
  5. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for the profile option code ORA_IRC_CE_JOB_FIT_GAI_ENABLED.
  6. In the Profile Values section, set the profile value:
    • Y: Job Fit is enabled.
    • N: Default value. Job Fit isn't enabled.
  7. Click Save and Close.

    This element is active for default pages, but you'll need to add it to custom pages.
