Enable the LinkedIn Embedded Candidate Search

You can configure the candidate search in Recruiting so that recruiters can find more candidates using the LinkedIn's search functionality that is embedded in the Candidate Search page.

Before you start

The LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) feature must be enabled, and the Full Synchronization status should bet set to Completed.

Here's what to do

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
   1. Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
   2. Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
   3. Task: Recruiting Category Provisioning and Configuration
2. On the Partner Integration Provisioning page, click Edit next to Profile Import Partners.
3. Select the Active check box in the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect section.
4. Ensure that the Full Synchronization status shows as Completed.

Results:

The Search in LinkedIn Recruiter link is displayed on the candidate search results page. Clicking this link takes recruiters to the LinkedIn search page, where they can search and browse for LinkedIn profiles.

If you searched using a set of keywords on the Candidate Search page, clicking the LinkedIn search link displays candidate search results based on those same sets of keywords.

Note: When you click the LinkedIn search link, the Recruiter login page opens if you didn’t previously log in. Enter your credentials and select the contract type to view the LinkedIn search page.
