Hide Suggested Candidates in Job Requisitions

You can define a list of countries for which the Suggested Candidates and Similar Candidates features aren't displayed.

If the posting location of a job requisition is part of the list of countries you defined:

• The Suggested Candidates section in the job requisition isn’t displayed.
• When users refine the list of suggested candidates by locations, candidates located in the countries defined by you won’t show up in the list of suggested candidates.
• The Similar Candidates tab in candidate profiles, prospect records, and candidate pool members isn’t displayed.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
   • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
   • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
   • Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
2. On the Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information page, expand the AI Feature Integration section and click Edit.
3. Select the option Manage AI recommendations based on countries.
4. Select one or several countries for which you want to exclude suggestions.
5. Click Save.
