Overview of Implementing Recruiting
This guide describes the implementation and setup tasks of Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting. It's primarily for implementers and application administrators.
Using the tasks described in the guide, you can set up and configure the complete hiring process, which includes the configuration of career sites, job application flows, candidate selection processes, job requisitions, job offers, job application questionnaires, interview questionnaires, recruiting campaigns, candidate pools, agency hiring, and much more.
Oracle Recruiting is part of Oracle Cloud HCM. To start the Oracle Recruiting implementation, someone with the Application Implementation Consultant role (ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_CONSULTANT_JOB) must opt in to the offerings applicable to your business requirements. Refer to the Oracle Fusion Clous Applications Using Functional Setup Manager guide to manage the opt-in and setup of your offerings.
