View National Identifier Data of Contingent Workers

You can allow recruiters to view National Identifier Data (NID) of contingent workers on the candidate's job application, in the Sensitive Info tab.

To view NID data for contingent workers, you need to configure contingent workers as external candidates by enabling the profile option IRC_TREAT_CWK_AS_EXTERNAL at the Site level.

Note: Candidate experience doesn't support warning type validations. The Kuwait NID isn't supported.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, click the Tasks icon.
2. Click Search.
3. Search for the task Manage Administrator Profile Values.
4. Click the task name.
5. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for the profile option code IRC_TREAT_CWK_AS_EXTERNAL.
6. Set the profile value at the Site level to Y.
7. Click Save and Close.
