Assignment Attribution Type Lookup for Oracle Learning

The ORA_WLF_ASSIGN_ATTR_LOOKUP lookup type has the Assign As choices used when creating learning assignments and recommendations. Delivered choices include Human Resources Department, Legal Department, Security Team, Self, and Workplace Safety Department. Edit and add to the lookup type as appropriate.
