Completed Goal Edit Option

As an administrator, you can specify when workers can edit completed development goals. You need to select one of the options listed in the table for the Completed Goal Edit Option feature.

Completed Goal Edit Option	On Selecting
Reopen	Enables edits to completed goals only after reopening the development goals. Workers and managers can use the Reopen button that's available for all completed goals to reopen and modify the completed goals.
Always open	Enables edits to completed goals by default.
Never	All development goals that are completed will be read-only and no further edits are allowed after completing a goal.
