Enable Notes Section for a Development Goal
Managers and employees may want to add notes to development goals. But the Notes section is hidden by default. As administrators you need to enable the Notes section to let users view and manage notes.
To enable the Notes section of development goals:

From the Actions menu in the Setup and Maintenance work area, select Go to Offerings.

Select the Workforce Development offering and click Opt In Features.

Edit the Career Development feature.

To show the Notes section of a development goal, enable Development Goal Notes.

Click Done.
