How You Enable Succession Organization Charts
To allow users to view succession organization charts, as administrators you need to enable some profile options and grant a privilege. You need to run the Succession Plan Incumbents process. Your organization should have migrated to Enhanced Talent Profiles.
Profile Options to Enable Succession Organization Charts
Use the Manage Administrator Profile Values task in the Setup and Maintenance work area to manage profile options. You need to enable the profile options listed in this table at Site level for users to view succession organization charts.

Succession Plan Incumbents Process
You need to schedule the Succession Plan Incumbents process regularly to ensure that these details shown on the succession organization chart are the latest:
- Succession plan count that users see for each direct report on the Directs tab
- The count users see on the Succession Plans tab and the succession plans displayed for the selected person
For more information about scheduling this process, see the How Inferred Incumbents of Succession Plans Determine Plan Access topic in this guide.
