Content Resource Statuses in Oracle Learning

Here are the statuses you'll see when working with content resources, such as such as SCORM and AICC. Also use video, web links, PDF files, assessments, and observation checklists.

Status	Description
New	The content, such as a SCORM, AICC, PDF, or Video file is being uploaded.
Ready for processing	The content file was uploaded and can now be processed.
Currently being processed	The applicable background job is processing the content file. This status applies to online content, such as SCORM and AICC, videos, and library covert art.
Processing failed	The applicable background job couldn't process the content file. You can review the process log on the Tools > Scheduled Processes page. You can also manually reprocess the content on the content resource page.
Active	Learning administrators can find the content and include it in self-paced offering activities. Learners can access and play the content after enrolling in or being assigned the relevant offerings.
Inactive	Learning administrators can't add the content to self-paced offering activities.
Deleted	The content file was permanently removed from the application. Learning administrators can't add the content to self-paced offering activities. And learners can no longer access or play the content.
