My Team Learning Actions
Help your team stay compliant and current with important skills, tools, and competencies by assigning relevant learning, including course offerings. Also record external learning for them, create learning communities, and download learning assignment details for your direct reports and organization.
When you assign learning, you can make it required or voluntary. Depending on your team learning configuration, you can assign required or voluntary learning using the page-level actions. Or you open the course details. Then in the Available Offerings section, click View Details. The offering details page Actions menu includes the Assign Learning to My Team option.
Get credit for learning your team members completed outside of the learning catalog using the Record External Learning action. And share relevant knowledge and experience with your team using the Publish Video and Author Learning Journey actions. All these actions are available in the page header.
Download your team's learning assignment details or summary aggregate information to Microsoft Excel from Team Learning. To get all learning assignments for your direct reports, use Download for My Direct Reports. To get all learning assignments for your organization, use Download for My Organization. These actions will download all learning assignments, regardless of the filters set on the page. Or, use the Download icon to download the page-specific information. The download contains the summary aggregate or learning assignment details based on the page filters.
