This is a full file extract, required by the third-party provider that consistently accepts the entire file. Use the listed User Entities (UEs) and their corresponding Database Items (DBIs) to retrieve licenses and certifications.

The HRT_EXT_POS_PERSON_CERTIFICATION_DETAILS_UE user entity will provide output for person licenses and certifications that match the position profile requirements, and HRT_EXT_JOB_PERSON_CERTIFICATION_DETAILS_UE will provide output for person licenses and certifications that match job profile requirements in case the person is not associated with the position. If both job and position profiles are found for a person, then the person licenses and certifications that match the position profile take precedence.
The next example demonstrates how to add a filter to this extract.
While creating the extract with the previous user entities, if the user is already aware of the positions and jobs that would have licenses or certifications flagged for third-party verification, then an additional filter criteria can be provided on the root block with user entity as HRT_EXT_MODEL_CERTIFICATION_UE using position ID and job ID or a combination of both against the objectId attribute in root block.
In the basic mode of filter criteria, provide the filter for the DBI Extract Model
Certifications Object ID.
In advanced mode, the filter criteria are provided for pr.object_id. This helps the
extract to query only those positions and jobs restricted by the filter query. The next
image is an example displaying the filter criteria provided to run the extract for
licenses part of 6 positions and 2 jobs.
