Configure Mass Share Process for Performance Goals

You configure the mass share process for performance goals on the Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing page.

1. To navigate to the Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing page, go to My Client Groups > Goals > Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing.
2. On the Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing page, click Add.
3. Select the process type as Mass share goals.
4. Specify these details:

   • A unique process name for mass sharing performance goals

   • Review period

5. Add eligibility profiles to restrict the goal sharing to employees who conform to the added eligibility profiles.
6. In the Included Workers section, add employees who you want to share the performance goals with.
7. In the Goals section, add existing library goals or create performance goals.
8. Click Save and Close.
