How can I add content to a performance document after the worker submits it?

During the Manager Evaluation of Workers task, the manager can add content items to the performance document and click Return to Worker.

They can use the Update Goals or Update Competencies actions if they meet the configuration criteria of the performance template which the performance document uses.

To reopen the performance document for the worker after adding items to it, the manager can also select the Return to Worker option from the Actions icon on the Evaluate Performance page from the My Team pages. After adding content items, the manager can ask the human resource (HR) specialist to update the performance document back to an earlier task using the Performance Documents administration page.

The status of the Worker Self-Evaluation task changes to In progress. The worker can provide ratings and comments for the additional content items and the evaluation continues from that point.
