Update Talent Profiles

When the performance document is complete, the application updates the worker's profile to include the changes made in the performance document, if the performance document is configured to do so.

Here's what's included in the updated content:

  • Overall rating

  • Competencies and their proficiency levels provided by the manager

  • Competencies and goal section ratings

The ratings provided by the worker are included when the section in the performance document is populated using the employee's person profile competencies from their Talent profile. After the performance document is complete, it becomes a static document, and any changes to the job competencies aren't reflected in the performance document.
