Fields You Can Edit in Non-Draft Job Requisitions

The fields you can edit in non-draft job requisitions will vary depending on your privileges.

If you have the privilege Update Job Requisition (IRC_UPDATE_JOB_REQUISITION), you can edit these fields:

  • Requisition Title

  • Other Requisition Title

  • Language

  • Comments

  • Hiring Team

  • Posting Description

  • Attachments

  • External Application Flow (you can't edit the field when the requisition is in the Open phase)

  • Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted

  • Automatically Open Requisition for Sourcing (you can only edit the field when the requisition is in the Draft or Approval phase)

  • Automatically Unpost Requisition

  • Automatically Fill Requisition

  • Prescreening Questionnaires (you can't edit the field when there are job applications on the requisition)

  • Interview Questionnaires

If you have the Update Job Requisition (IRC_UPDATE_JOB_REQUISITION) and the Update Job Requisition After Draft Phase (IRC_UPDATE_JOB_REQUISITION_AFTER_DRAFT_PHASE) privileges, you can edit most fields except these ones:

  • Recruiting Type

  • Requisition Template

  • Requisition Number

  • Position

  • Organization

  • Primary Location (you can edit the field if you have the privilege Update Job Requisition Posting Locations (IRC_UPDATE_JOB_REQUISITION_POSTING_LOCATIONS). Also, there must be job applications and prospects in the requisition.)

  • Other Locations (you can edit the field if you have the privilege Update Job Requisition Posting Locations (IRC_UPDATE_JOB_REQUISITION_POSTING_LOCATIONS). Also, there must be job applications and prospects in the requisition.)

  • Job Family

  • Job Function

  • Business Unit if the requisition is based on a position or job

  • Job if the requisition is based on a position or job

  • Candidate Selection Process

  • Screening Services. There must be no job applications on the requisition.

  • Application Flow (when there are job applications)

  • Questionnaires (when there are job applications)
