You can refresh the list of incumbents shown in a Job or Position type succession plan.

Do any of these actions to refresh the incumbents shown:

• Click Refresh in the Incumbents section.

• Edit the succession plan, change any of these plan information details, and save your changes:

  • Business Unit

  • Department

  • Job

  • Job Grade

  • Position
