How You Manage Tasks When Preparing Review Content

When preparing review content, you can view and add tasks for the members of the review population.

You can manage tasks only if the Add Task action has been enabled in the meeting template used for the meeting. As reviewers, you can manage tasks for the members of the review population on these pages:

  • Talent Review Meetings Overview page: Locate the meeting row and select the View Tasks action.
  • Prepare Review Content page: Locate the person whose tasks you want to manage and then select the View Tasks action.
  • Dashboard view: Select the table view of the meeting dashboard. You can see the number of tasks assigned to the members of the review population in the Tasks column. Click the task count to see the list of tasks associated with the member of the review population on the Tasks page. When you add or delete a task, the corresponding count of tasks for the associated worker is updated in the Tasks column.
    Note: When you edit a task after navigating from the table view, you can’t change the name of the associated worker.
