What happens to the note count when a note is hidden?

The note count shown in the Review Population Notes section of the Notes page may differ depending on the person viewing the page.

• If you're the author or receiver of the hidden note, then the hidden note is included in the count.

• For anyone else, the hidden note isn't included in the count.
