Requirements for Images in Notifications

It's recommended to embed images in notifications using a URL. If you decide to insert an image in a notification, consider the following:

• The image must not exceed 64 KB.

• The image must be in RGB format.

• The image must be one of these file formats: .png, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif.

Note: The maximum size of a notification is 15MB. If you exceed this limit, the notification might not be sent. To respect this limit, you can optimize images or logos in the notification.

Note: You need to store images on a public-facing server that doesn't require authentication. For example, this can be the same server that you use for your corporate public websites or any publicly accessible website. Also, you can't store images in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).The URL can't contain the customer's POD URL.
