This process ensures that SCORM and HACP content uploaded by learning administrators are playable in Oracle Learning. It runs every time someone uploads eLearning packages.

You can reduce the overall time spent processing SCORM and HACP content by adjusting the maximum number of concurrent processes on the Configure Background Processing page.
