Purge Learning Assignments

You can permanently remove all remnants of learning assignments and recommendations in a Deleted or Error status from the database. The Purge Learning Assignments process serves as an alternative to using the HCM Data Loader purge.

Use the Tools > Scheduled Processes task to run the Purge Learning Assignments process.

Learning assignments and recommendations that remain in a deleted or error status for the time period specified by the Days to Wait Before Purging parameter won’t be purged. For example, you run the process on June 20 at 11:00 AM, with the Days to Wait Before Purging parameter set to 7. The process purges all assignments that were updated to deleted status on or before June 13 11:00 AM.
