Video Transcoding and Processing

This process makes sure that uploaded videos are playable in Oracle Learning. It runs every time someone uploads a learning video with a maximum of 1 concurrent job, and for highest quality and bit rate.

You can reduce the overall time spent transcoding video by adjusting the maximum number of concurrent processes on the Configure Background Processing page.
