If you’re live on Career Development, Succession Management, or Dynamic Skills, then
you need to schedule the Synchronize Talent Data for AI Recommendations process to view
AI-based suggestions.

Sign in as an admin user with the PER_RUN_HR_PROCESSES_PRIV privilege.

Select Scheduled Processes from either the Tools tab or
from the navigator.

Click Schedule New Process.

Search for the job Synchronize Talent Data for AI
Recommendations.

Provide the parameters according to this table.

two different scheduled processes, one with the

Talent Object |
Select All to ingest all object
types. You may optionally choose to ingest one talent object
at a time. |
From Date |
Indicates the date from which we want the Talent Object
data to be pushed to AI cloud.
When left blank, an incremental ingestion will pick the
Talent Object data from the last successful run.

Number of Threads |
Select the number of parallel java processes to run
during ingestion. Use the default value unless you've a
specific reason to select a different value.
Default: 8, Minimum: 1, Maximum: 20

Submission Notes |
Provide optional comments regarding the current scheduled
process. |

Click Submit.

Use the refresh icon to track recently submitted jobs.
What to do next
There will be a parent job and one or more child jobs depending on the parallel threads
in action.
After the jobs complete successfully, you can check the scheduled process logs to get
more details like the ingested file names, ingestion path, the number of profiles, and
so on. These logs also record any errors that may occur.
