Program Plans in Oracle Learning

You use learning program plans to set up monetary and time budgets or objectives. You need to create a least one cycle for a plan, and at least one plan a learning program.

The plan start and end dates identify the plan cycle, not the execution period.

Since the learning and wage costs can involve different currents, you need to specify the currency rate type and plan currency. Then the plan can aggregate the disparate currencies for easier monitoring and comparison. And you can allocate hours and budget amounts for reference.
