About Best Fit

Classic Best Fit is available for Enhanced Talent Profiles. Recall that Classic Best Fit works against seeded content sections only.

Owing to the new template architecture in Enhanced Talent Profiles, Classic Best Fit works most accurately when there is only ONE active content section defined for any template. If there are multiple content sections defined for a template, all data in all content sections are used as a unit for matching for that template which may produce unpredictable results.

Note: Best Fit supports finding a fit for position profiles, that is, where a position profile is the source profile. However, Best Fit does not support finding position profile matches, that is, where position profile is the target of the Best Fit operation.
