Why can’t I edit, save, or submit ratings for my direct reports when preparing review content for a talent review meeting?

When preparing review content for a talent review meeting, you can edit, save, or submit ratings for your direct reports only if these conditions are met:

• You need to have the Manage Talent Review Content (HRR_MANAGE_TALENT_REVIEW_CONTENT_PRIV) privilege.
• In Enhanced Talent Profiles, your role needs to be configured to edit the rating.
• The current date needs to be before the data submission deadline.
• The talent review meeting shouldn't have started.
