Upgrade to Enhanced Dynamic Skills

1. Run the Prepare Application for Skills Enrichment job.
2. To use AI, perform the following:
   1. Enable Dynamic Skills in AI apps.
   2. Enable the profile option ORA_HRT_SKILL_SUGGESTIONS.
   3. Run the jobs to submit data to Fusion AI.
      1. Sync Talent data for AI recommendations.
         1. Add parameters.
3. Review log to ensure that there are no issues.
4. Verify that ORA_HRT_SKILLS_ENRICHMENT_ENABLED is now set to Y.
5. Schedule the job to run daily.
   • Job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS.
   • Index: fa-hcm-contentitem
6. Navigate to My Client Groups > Profiles > Item Catalogs.
   Verify that the URL is ending with -v2.
7. In the Template filter, select only Skills.
8. Ensure that Oracle Dynamic Skills Seed Library and Skills Library are active.
9. Navigate to My Client Groups > Profiles > Profile Types.
10. In the Skills Center section, click Edit.
11. Oracle Dynamic Skills Seed Library and Skills Library are displayed in the skill attribute.
