What Candidate Email and Phone Types Are Necessary?

In Recruiting, you need to define these email and phone types:

  • HM - Home Mobile Phone: External candidate home phone number which is added from the career site or by the recruiter.

  • W1 - Work Phone: Internal employee or contingent worker work phone number which comes from Global HR.

  • H1 - Home Email: External candidate email address which is added from the career site or by the recruiter.

  • W1 - Work Email: Internal employee work email address which comes from Global HR.
