Oracle Dynamic Skills and Skills Enrichment

Oracle Dynamic Skills, is a unified skills infrastructure that helps you speed up your adoption of skills-based talent practices and provides a seamless, consistent skill experience for your users through the ability to:

Maintain your skill library as a set of item catalogs, just like you'd for competencies, licenses, and so on.
Use a ready-to-use predefined library skills, the Oracle Dynamic Skills Seed Library, to get you started.
Incorporate your own existing or third-party skills as item catalogs.
Curate and manage the skills library through enhanced catalog management and AI assisted skill enrichment capabilities, so you can provide a continuously relevant and up-to-date skill set to your users.
Associate one or more skill catalogs to the Skills Center subscribed content section, to make your managed skill library available to users.
Multiple language support for skills for administrators and users.
AI driven skill suggestions to users to power talent intelligence, experiences, and practices.

Skills Enrichment enables you to actively manage and grow your skills library, so you can provide a relevant and up-to-date skill set to your users.

Prerequisites and Guidance

Only customers who haven't deployed the Dynamic Skills AI service in previous releases and don't have any transactions in the Skills Center-subscribed content section can use the enhanced skills infrastructure.
You must be new to Dynamic Skills, so either the Skills Center-subscribed content section doesn't exist, or it exists but hasn't been used thus far, that's, no skills have been added.
You can't have your Skills Center-subscribed content section enabled for LinkedIn profile import.
Learning Outcomes can be subscribed to Skills Center content section only if it’s on Redwood UI.
Talent Profile Management must be on Redwood UI.
