Enhanced Skills Center Experience

The Skills Center presents an enhanced, intuitive experience that allows employees to easily search for and add skills as either developing or developed. This experience is available regardless of whether you've enabled AI.

• Adding new skills that aren't suggested by AI as developing or developed skills is a one-click process, eliminating the need to first add the skill to the AI skill suggestions area and then designate it as either developing or developed.

• If the Skills Advisor is enabled, employees can access AI suggested skills. Also, when employees click the skill search box, they will no longer be shown a list of AI suggested skills. Instead, as they type, they will see library skills, based on Oracle Search.

• If the Skills Advisor isn't enabled, employees can search for library skills using Oracle Search.

• If a relevant library skill isn't available, employees can add a new skill as free-form text.
