Expose Job Requisition Fields on Job Search Results Page for Career Sites

You can control job requisition information displayed on the search results list and manage the display style of the list so that candidates can easily find jobs that they want to apply to.

Each job card on the list contains four sections, and the content of each section is configurable to allow controlling information exposed to the candidates.

    Note: Make sure to expose enough information on job on the search results list, so the jobs can be differentiated by the UI and screen reader users. For example, if you post multiple jobs with same title and location, on the same date, you might want to consider adding a requisition number.

    The Display Style of the list can be altered: it can be displayed as list view or card view, job search results list might also be displayed on a map. The configuration also allows to define the number of items displayed on the list, infinite scroll or exposing Talent Community sing up button on the list. It also allows styling – using icons vs labels for the exposed fields, and showing more features, like share and favorite icons, or apply button.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Candidate Experience
    • Task: Career Sites Configuration
  2. On the Career Site Look and Feel Configuration page, find the career site and click Edit.
  3. Click the Pages tab.
  4. Add a new job search results page or edit an existing one.
  5. Scroll down to the Search Results section and click it.
  6. Scroll to view the Content section to manage the content and styling. The sequence in which you add the fields determines the sequence in which they'll display on the search results page.
  7. Click Done.

Results:

The fields you selected are displayed in the Job Search Results list.
