Delete a Candidate Job Application

You can use the Delete Job Application action to delete inactive or unconfirmed candidate job applications. You can also delete active job applications as long as they don't have any active job offers. Deleted candidate job applications are no longer visible in the application, but they're still available for reporting purposes.

1. Open a job application.
2. In the Actions menu, select Move.
3. Select an inactive state such as Withdrawn by Candidate or Rejected by Employer.
4. Click Save and Close.
5. In the Actions menu, select Delete Job Application.
