Configure Two-Way Candidate Messaging

You configure two-way candidate messaging so that recruiters and hiring managers can have conversations with candidates using email, SMS, and WhatsApp. When the Redwood experience is enabled, recruiters and hiring managers can use WhatsApp for candidate communications. They can also use the Message Center which is a centralized hub for viewing and managing all types of candidate communications.
