Event owners can manually manage candidate registrations and approve them based on
        certain criteria, instead of using automatic approvals. This lets them focus on suitable
        candidates for events.

                While creating a new event, or editing an existing one, select the
                        Enable manual confirmation of registrations check box
                    in the Event Information section.
                When candidates register for the event, they'll see a message that says
                    they'll receive a confirmation once their registration is approved. Their status
                    will display as Pending in My Events on the career site until it's
                    confirmed.

                Navigate to the audience page for the event, and look for pending
                    candidates.

                If you feel a candidate is a good fit for your event, select the action menu
                    next to them, and click Confirm Registration. If you
                    don't want to confirm the candidate, don't select the option.
                Once confirmed, the candidate's status displays as Registered in My Events on
                    the career site. They'll also receive a confirmation email.
