How do I upload an audience list using a spreadsheet?

  1. Open the communication campaign.
  2. Select Spreadsheet from the Audience Type field.
  3. Add a description to help you identify it.
  4. Upload the .xlsx or .csv file making sure it's less than 10 MB in size.
  5. In the Preview window, select the column which contains the work email address details in the Work Email Column field. The application uses this mapping to validate the spreadsheet.
  6. If SMS messaging is enabled, you can also map the column which contains the work phone numbers.
  7. Select Save and Close, Continue, or Submit to start the validation process.
  8. You'll receive an email notification with the validation results.
