Upgrade to Enhanced Dynamic Skills

1. Run the job Prepare Application for Skills Enrichment. For more details, see Enabling the Components. If the environment is new to Dynamic Skills and didn’t have a Skills section—whether for LinkedIn imports or other uses—set the parameters to No because no Skills data existed before the upgrade.
2. To use AI, perform the following:
   1. Enable Dynamic Skills in AI apps.
   2. Enable the profile option ORA_HRT_AI_SKILLS_ASSISTANT.
   3. To submit data to Fusion AI, run the job Synchronize Talent Data for AI Recommendations.
3. Review log to ensure that there are no issues.
4. Verify that ORA_HRT_SKILLS_ENRICHMENT_ENABLED is now set to Y.
5. Schedule the job to run daily.
   • Job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS.
   • Index: fa-hcm-contentitem
6. Navigate to My Client Groups > Profiles > Item Catalogs.
   Verify that the URL is ending with -v2.
7. In the Template filter, select only Skills.
8. Ensure that Oracle Dynamic Skills Library and Skills Library are active.
9. Navigate to My Client Groups > Profiles > Profile Types.
10. In the Skills Center section, click Edit.
11. Oracle Dynamic Skills Library and Skills Library are displayed in the skill attribute.
