Configure Review Notifications

You can configure a candidate selection process to automatically send review notifications to recruiters and hiring managers to notify them that there are job applications to be reviewed.

The review notification message is available in Alerts Composer (Tools > Alerts Composer). Two versions are available, one for the hiring manager and one for the recruiter.

  1. In Setup and Maintenance, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Candidate Job Applications
    • Task: Candidate Selection Process Configuration
  2. On the Candidate Selection Process Configuration page, create a new process or update an existing one.
  3. Click a phase.
  4. Add the Send Notification action at the phase level, when job applications enter or exit a phase, or at the state level, when job applications are moved to a specific state within a phase.
    Note: The Send Notification action isn't working when the Move action is defined for the same state.
  5. On the Action: Send Notification page, select to whom you want the review notification to be sent: recruiter, hiring manager,or both.
  6. Add conditions if needed.
  7. Click Save and Close.

Results:

Review notifications that are sent appear in the Interactions tab of the candidate job application.
