Expose Job Requisition Fields in Job Descriptions for Career Sites

You can expose job requisition fields in job descriptions so that candidates can easily find jobs that they want to apply to.

When a job requisition is posted on an external career site, some fields in the requisition are visible to candidates by default.

• Requisition title

• External short description

• Primary location and number of other locations

• External description (displayed as Job Description), responsibilities, and qualifications

• Employer description (displayed as About Us)

• Recruiting organization description (displayed as About The Team)

In addition, you can expose the following:

• Other Requisition Title
• Number of openings / Unlimited Openings
• Hiring Manager Organization
• Job Function
• Worker Type
• Regular or Temporary
• Management Level
• Job Type
• Domestic Travel Required
• International Travel Required
• Work Duration Months
• Work Duration Years
• Work Hours
• Work Days
• Name of External Contact
• Email of External Contact
• Legal Employer
• Business Unit
• Department
• Grade

Note: Additionally, job requisition flexfields can also be exposed.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
   • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
   • Functional Area: Candidate Experience
   • Task: Career Sites Configuration
2. On the Career Site Look and Feel Configuration page, find the career site and click Edit.
3. Click the Pages tab.
4. Add a new job details page or edit an existing one.
5. Scroll down to the Job Info section and click it.
6. Scroll down to view the Additional Information Displayed section and click in the field.
7. Select the fields you want.

   The sequence in which you add the fields determines the sequence in which they'll display on the job details page.

8. Click Done.

Results:

The fields you selected are displayed in the Job Info section.
