Delete or Withdraw Learning for Terminated Employment

This Oracle Learning process automates the removal of learning assignments, recommendations, and learning item access for employees whose employment was terminated. For the process to work you need to first enable Atom feeds for the Termination, New Hire, and Assignment collections.

Active and preactive assignments won't be withdrawn while processing the learning assignments for employee global transfers and reverse terminations. And you can specify whether this process withdraws learning assignments that are part of active initiatives.
